I'm a strategic, technically adept marketing and product leader with 20+ years of experience shaping product direction, executing high-impact go-to-market strategies, and managing complex customer relationships in the CAD/CAE/PLM and additive manufacturing ecosystems.

My expertise is translating engineering innovation into business growth through storytelling, data-driven campaigns, and trusted relationships. I'm known for aligning technical depth with market vision to generate measurable sales and brand outcomes.

Over my career, I've learned that product value, campaign effectiveness, and strong customer relationships all depend on the same thing — empathy. It's the ability to understand both the engineer and the executive, to translate complex technical innovation into something the customer feels as much as they understand. That balance between logic and connection has guided my entire career, and it is the bedrock of the business relationships I have dedicated my career to building.

Over the past two decades - from setting the vision for multiple products at Siemens Digital Industries Software to managing enterprise accounts at Maya Heat Transfer Technologies - I've worked at the intersection of technology and storytelling. At Siemens, I helped define how we positioned our additive manufacturing software, blending engineering credibility with clear narratives that inspired real adoption. Those campaigns didn't just fill a pipeline — they created a bridge between innovators and the industries they served.

My time in industry has been defined by relationships based on empathy that I've established. Those relationships have brought value to my employers, but more importantly they have provided me with life-long friendships that I still enjoy today.

Hello! I'm Ashley Eckhoff-a technologiest, communicator, relationship builder, and strategist who helps companies realize bold ideas with creative execution. Whether I'm bringing advanced software products to market, producing compelling content, communicating on-camera and on-stage, or managing customer relationships, I specialize in making engineering, tech, and manufacturing accessible, compelling, and tangible.

My career has taken me across software development, product management, marketing, and account management. I've conceived of and brought to market new product lines worth millions in revenue, created compelling content used to inspire engineering and manufacturing experts, hosted the "Additive Manufacturing Podcast" for Siemens Digital Industries Software, and closed over $4.8M in business as a software Account Manager.

Today, I'm consulting with companies to craft compelling messages about their products that resonate in the marketplace, to define and refine the vision for their products to inspire their employees and customers, and to educate their employees and customers about the intersection of technology and business and the ramifications thereof.

Outside of work, I'm eternally curious, constantly trying new things, learning new skills, and applying that knowledge to my life and work.

I can define my philosophy in one word: empathy. Every popular product, every compelling message, every solid customer relationship begins with an understanding of the needs of others. When you put yourself into another person's shoes, it allows you to understand their needs, their desires, the things that drive them crazy, and the things they adore. Every business interaction is a personal interaction at its core, and personal interactions should always begin with empathy.
